Rebecca Bultsma
Rebecca lives in the messy space between AI hype and AI reality, helping education leaders cut through the chaos and noise to find what actually works for students and educators. With 7 years in district administration and AI ethics research focused on K-12 implementation, she's dangerously good at AI but appropriately worried about its risks.
As an AI ethics researcher at the University of Edinburgh and Chief Innovation Officer at Amplify & Elevate Innovation, Rebecca delivers practical keynotes and workshops with actionable strategies educators can implement immediately. She's developed district-wide AI policies, trained thousands of educators internationally, and specializes in responsible AI adoption that enhances student outcomes without compromising educational integrity.
