Coffee Break Sponsorship – $4,800 (3 available)

Become the buzz behind the buzz! As a Coffee Break Sponsor, your brand fuels the day with visibility in the exhibit hall during a high-traffic refreshment break. Includes signage at the coffee station, recognition in the conference app, and the option to provide branded napkins or collateral. Coffee breaks are a natural gathering point—this sponsorship puts you right in the middle of meaningful connections.

Snack Break Sponsorship – $4,800 (3 available)

Be the reason attendees snack, smile, and stop by! Snack Break Sponsors receive signage at the exhibit hall refreshment station, a callout in the mobile app, and the opportunity to provide branded materials. Align your brand with a moment everyone looks forward to—while attendees recharge, you stand out.

Passport Contest Participation – $45

Drive traffic directly to your booth and collect qualified leads with ease. Exhibitors who join the Passport Game will be featured on the app’s interactive passport map. Attendees must visit your booth and share their contact info to complete their passport and enter for prize drawings. It’s a low-cost, high-reward way to boost visibility, increase engagement, and fill your lead pipeline.

Digital Signage Ad – $500

Keep your brand top-of-mind with rotating digital signage ads throughout the convention center concourse. These ads will appear in high-traffic areas, providing continual exposure to attendees between sessions, during breaks, and while exploring the event. A sleek, passive way to amplify your presence.

Mobile App Banner – $2,000

Put your message where attendees go for everything! Mobile App Banner Sponsors appear in rotation within the official OETC app—with click-through functionality that drives users directly to your website or content. This is an ideal way to gain digital traction and complement your on-site presence.

Conference Bag Sponsor – $3,000 (4 available)

Be carried everywhere. Your logo will be printed on the official conference bag distributed to every attendee. Bags will be co-branded with The Ohio Ed Techs and used throughout the event—and likely long after—giving your brand exposure across halls, sessions, and beyond.

Get around every neck in the room—literally. This exclusive sponsorship places your logo on the official conference lanyard and badge holder worn by all attendees. As the most visible item on site, it offers continuous exposure throughout the entire event, from keynote to exhibit hall.

You’ll get your logo printed on a practical, well-designed giveaway selected by the conference team (past items include tech accessories).
